Payable Accountant- Japanese Company

• Examine the reasonable, validity of documents required (invoices, cash book, bank statement, agreement...)
• Record financial transactions into software.
• Prepare payments for suppliers and make bank transfer in VND/foreign currency.
• Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of accounts.
• Estimate the cash flow from account receivable/ account payable
• Support to complete financial reports of company
• Submit documents and reports to authority as request
• Prepare monthly tax reports (VAT/PIT/FCT)
• Work with Audit firms as required
• Other duties as assignment (More detail will be discussed in the interview)

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Education: Bachelor degree, major in Accounting
• At least 1 years working experience in Accounting
• Good knowledge in tax regulations.
• Good in MS Office software
• Good command of English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under high pressure and strict deadlines
• Careful and strong attention to detail
• Hardworking, reliable, friendly, self-motivated
• Being flexible and able to work independently but also in group
• Can start to work asap.
• Experience with SAP is preferred
