Pattern Maker & Technical Development Trainees (English, ID 21354, $500)

Participate in a 3-month intensive training programat the Bien Hoa office to familiarize yourself with and master pattern-making techniques, technical specifications, and garment product development processes.
Learn to analyze and translatedesign sketches and concepts into precise technical patterns and completed sample garments.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams(Development, Production, and QA/QC) to ensure the technical feasibility of products prior to mass production.
Research and analyzegarment construction and material characteristics to optimize fit, shape, and production efficiency.
Accept relocation and deploy permanentlyto the factory/office in Hue immediately upon successful completion of the training program.

Male candidates are preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Garment Technology, Fashion Technology, Pattern Making, or other related fields. Excellent academic records.
Proficient in English (spoken and written) for professional context.
No experience required. Extensive on-the-job training will be provided.
