Partnership Executive

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with companies, luxury brands, business associations, and professional communities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to create mutual value and business opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier members and locker holders, ensuring a personalised and premium experience.
• Grow and manage the locker holder program, including member engagement, renewals, and new acquisitions.
• Organise and host exclusive member gatherings, networking events, and partner activations.
• Represent House of Barbaard at relevant social, business, and lifestyle events to expand our network.
• Work closely with operations and barbershop teams to ensure member expectations are consistently met.
• Maintain a structured database of members, partners, and prospects.
• Report weekly on partnerships, member engagement, locker holder activities, and new opportunities.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (required).
• Minimum age of 24 years old.
• A highly outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Confident, ambitious, and motivated by achieving results.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury brands, events, customer relations, or business development is considered an advantage.
• A professional appearance and the ability to represent the House of Barbaard brand..
