1. C&B Operations Manage end-to-end payroll process in coordination with external vendors (payroll verification, reconciliation, payment timeline), ensure payroll accuracy, cost control, and timely salary disbursement Calculate and manage monthly incentives, commissions, and bonus schemes Oversee statutory compliance including personal income tax (PIT), social security, and mandatory contributions in each market Administer employee benefits programs (welfare, insurance, allowances, HMO, etc.) across markets Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate filing, reporting, and payment of all statutory obligations 2. HR Policy & Performance Management Support development and implementation of HR policies (working rules, income policy, performance management, etc.) Partner with HRBP Manager and Business Heads to design and deploy KPI frameworks Monitor KPI execution and ensure alignment between performance and reward mechanisms 3. Reporting & Data Analytics Analyze HR data (labor cost, payroll variance, incentive effectiveness, etc.) to support decision-making Identify trends and propose optimization for C&B structure and cost efficiency 4. Employee Support & Governance Handle employee queries related to payroll, tax, benefits, and incentives Ensure clear communication and transparency of C&B policies
