- Position purpose: To drive business growth by acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships, and delivering tailored logistics solutions through direct client engagement.
- Key accountabilities: Implements the global, national sales programs/guidelines, company’s Code of Conduct to developing the sales action plans and following up with the company sales targets, objectives and strategies.
- Maintains good relationship with customers by providing supports, information, guidance and providing the tailor made service for each customer.
- Establishes and maintains a close co-operation with local colleagues, partners and oversea colleagues to ensure the highest service level to meeting up the customer’s satisfaction and achievement of sales targets/objectives.
- Generates timely sales reports.
- Attends the events, exhibition, trade meeting and other to gatherings of interests to promote the company services and secure new customers.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
- Acquires new customers V/A/B.
- Cultivates existing customers V/A/B.
- Processes incoming and generate outgoing sales leads.
- Generates sales leads.
- Use market and customer information to adapt products/services in coordination with the Branch Manager.

- Bachelor degree, preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, and Foreign Trade.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales.
- Fluency in English.
