1. OTA Channel Management/OTA渠道管理
Manage the overall operation and performance of hotel listings across Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and other OTA platforms.
负责酒店在Booking、Agoda、Expedia等OTA平台的整体运营及业绩管理。

2. Pricing & Revenue Management /价格及收益管理
Develop and optimize pricing strategies, Rate Plans, room inventory, and availability based on demand, seasonality, market conditions, and business performance.
根据市场需求、季节变化、市场行情及酒店经营情况，制定并优化价格策略、Rate Plan、房量及库存管理。

3. Promotion & Campaign Management/促销及活动管理
Plan and manage OTA promotions, campaigns, discounts, and special offers to increase bookings, revenue, and competitiveness.
制定并管理OTA促销活动、折扣及特别优惠方案，以提升订单量、营业收入及市场竞争力。

4. Market & Competitor Analysis/市场及竞争分析
Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, room availability, market trends, and customer demand to support dynamic pricing decisions.
持续关注竞争对手价格、促销活动、房态及市场趋势，根据市场变化进行动态调价。

5. OTA Performance Optimization/ OTA业绩优化
Improve hotel ranking, visibility, traffic, conversion rate, booking volume, and overall revenue performance across OTA platforms.
持续优化酒店在OTA平台的排名、曝光量、流量、转化率、订单量及整体收益。

6. Data Analysis & KPI Monitoring /数据分析及KPI管理
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including Occupancy Rate, ADR, RevPAR, Revenue, Booking Volume, and Conversion Rate, and provide actionable recommendations.
监控并分析入住率、ADR、RevPAR、营业收入、订单量及转化率等核心运营指标，并提出针对性的优化建议。

7. OTA Content Management /OTA内容管理
Ensure hotel information, room types, photos, descriptions, facilities, policies, and pricing information are accurate, attractive, and up to date.
负责酒店房型、图片、文案、设施、政策及价格等OTA页面信息的维护与优化，确保信息准确、完整并具有吸引力。

8. Booking & Review Management / 订单及评价管理
Monitor booking issues, customer reviews, platform communications, cancellations, and negative feedback, and coordinate appropriate solutions.
跟进订单异常、客户评价、平台沟通、取消订单及差评等问题，并协调相关团队及时处理。

9. Cross-functional Coordination/ 跨部门协调
Work closely with Front Office, Reservation, and Operations teams to ensure OTA inventory, room availability, rates, and operational information are accurate and synchronized.
与前台、预订及运营团队密切协作，确保OTA库存、房态、价格及实际运营信息准确同步。

10. Reporting & Strategy / 数据报告及运营策略
Prepare regular OTA performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to improve channel performance, occupancy, and revenue.
定期输出OTA运营及业绩分析报告，并提出优化渠道表现、入住率及酒店收益的运营策略。

Yêu cầu ứng viên

· Proven experience operating and managing OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, or similar platforms.

· Experience in hotel, resort, homestay, hospitality, or accommodation operations.

· Strong understanding of Revenue Management, Pricing Strategy, and Channel Management.

· Strong analytical skills with good sensitivity to pricing, market trends, and conversion performance.

· Good English communication skills and able to use English as a working language.

· Strong ownership, execution, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and take responsibility for OTA performance and results.

· 有Booking、Agoda、Expedia等OTA平台实际运营及管理经验；

· 有酒店、度假村、民宿、酒店服务或住宿行业相关经验；

· 熟悉收益管理、价格策略及渠道管理；

· 具备较强的数据分析能力，对市场、价格及转化率较为敏感；

· 英语能够作为工作语言，具备良好的英文沟通能力；

· 具备较强的责任心、执行力、沟通能力及问题解决能力；

· 能够独立开展工作，并对OTA运营业绩负责。

· Experience managing multiple hotels or properties simultaneously.

· Familiarity with Channel Manager systems and OTA/API integration.

· 有东南亚酒店项目经验，越南项目经验优先；

· 有多酒店、多门店OTA运营管理经验；

· 熟悉Channel Manager系统及OTA/API对接；

· 有Revenue Management（收益管理）及Dynamic Pricing（动态定价)经验；

· 有提升OTA排名、转化率、订单量及酒店收益的实际经验。
