Order Management Specialist

• SAP System Maintenance:

• Vendor code creation and data maintenance.

• Create transaction-relevant orders.

• Generate delivery documents and billing/invoices.

• Financial & Operations Management: Monthly consolidate additional account expenses and ensure timely payment collection.

• Experience: 3+ years of working experience in Operation or Customer Service/ Sales Admin positions.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel suite.

• Language Proficiency: Good communication skills in English OR Chinese.

• Soft Skills: Highly organized, disciplined, and proactive
