Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Working Model: Monday – Friday (Office)

Saturday: Work From Home

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage daily financial transactions accurately and on time.

• Prepare and submit monthly closing financial reports on schedule.

• Assist with internal and external audits.

• Partner with cross-functional departments to handle daily operations (invoices, contract liquidations, bidding & guarantee documents).

• Track and manage accounts receivable, overdue debts, and bad debt recovery.

• Ensure strict compliance with accounting laws and prevent non-compliance risks.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Age: Born between 1986 and 1990.

• Experience:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting.

• At least 2 years in a Supervisor role.

• Experience working in foreign / multinational companies is required.

• Language: Fluent in English OR Mandarin (written & spoken).

• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Systems/ERP.

• Key Traits: High integrity, careful, strong analytical mind, diligent, and able to thrive under pressure.
