Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery conditions with suppliers
Place orders and track delivery progress.
Coordinate with warehouse and quality control department to receive goods as required.
Handle arising issues related to goods such as late delivery, technical errors, quantity errors
Update and manage supplier database and purchasing records.
Prepare periodic reports on purchasing status, market prices and propose improvements to purchasing processes.
Comply with company purchasing procedures, policies and regulations.
At least 1—2 years of experience in purchasing position. Priority in electronics manufacturing.
Understand purchasing process, basic knowledge of electronic components and materials.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, and procurement tools.
