Operations & Logistics Assistant

1. Job description:

• Maintain accurate and timely updates of shipment and documentation in ERP

• Prepare and process pre-shipment, shipment-related payment request, follow up with suppliers on payment status (LC/DP)

• Buy insurance and collect supporting evidence and coordinate with suppliers/insurance parties

• Review full set of shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, C/O, etc.)

• Collected and compared weekly ocean freight quotations from shipping lines to secure competitive shipping rates and optimize logistics costs

• Input sales order

• Prepare pre-advice for warehouse

• Follow up with packaging changes and inform relevant departments

• Performed other ad hoc tasks and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

2. Requirement:

• Graduated from University majoring in Foreign Trade, Shipping Economics, Business Administration.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Purchasing / Admin / Logistic or related field.

• Good at management skill, administration skill and English
