Tuyển dụng Operation Specialist (Executive to Assistant Manager Level) tại Hồ Chí Minh

1. Operate HMM' vessel

- Check & send the Inbound data to Inbound team and partner on HMM’s dedicated feeder

- Coordinate with Headquarter, boarding agent, the ports to arrange berth window of vessel. Announce berth window to related parties

- Check space available on vessel for each parties, advise if any space shortage

- Send B/P to Headquarter planner to get shipping instruction (Stowage instruction)

- Coordinate with Port, Capt, and Headquarter planer to make stowage plan

- Coordinate with Customer Service team to prepare containers loading list, combine HMM 'cargo loading, partners and send it to Port

- Monitor and check the custom clearance. On-duty to solve problems when the vessel call & operate

- Check & send the loading confirm to Customer Service team and partner on HMM’s dedicated feeder

- Send Final stowage plan to Headquarter planer & next port

- Report Terminal Departure Report and input data report into Compass system.

2. Operate non-HMM' vessel

- Coordinate with Customer Service team to prepare containers loading list and send loading list to Shipping Order

- Check space available on vessel and inform to salesman, Customer Service team

- Monitor and check the custom clearance, containers out of long list, not available and inform to salesman, Customer Service team

- On-duty to solve problems when the vessel call & operate.

3. Release empty order

- Check and reply email to shippers and depot.

4.Others

- Check and confirm reefer monitoring charge

- Upload AP invoice (FES /PSO)

- Check, verify & confirm volume export container, debt issues (including other troubles) to ports before they release bill

- Verify payment when receive from Accountant Department & confirm

- Help customers to solve any issue with HMM's services

- Co-ordinate with Customer Service team, Inbound team & Equipment team to solve problem concern in Equipment at port

- Weekly Operations report to Manager, Singapore Headquarter, Headquarter.

5.Issues

- Shippers call at night-time to request extend more closing time, trouble refeer containers...

- Terminals call at night-time to notice troubles: refeer containers damaged, does not reach temp setting, stowage plan ….

- Terminal Operations on duty night-time

- On the weekend and after working time shippers call to request release empty-order.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University Degree. Majoring in Economics, Sea Transport Economics, Business Administration or English

- Good written and verbal English (Certificates are required)

- Computer literate, especially with Internet Explorer, MS Office.

- Working Experience/ Professional requirement:

- At least 01-year experience in container shipping industry or forwarding company.

- Have good knowledge of shipping, import and export

- Good skill of communication, negotiation, trouble-shooting, customer service…

- Dynamic, Responsibility, Professionalism.
