The Office Manager is responsible organizing and coordinating office and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
The Office Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for providing office management services. This includes maintaining office services and efficiency, supervising office staff and maintaining office records.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.       Understand all the tasks and process in the office.
2.       Design and implement office policies.
3.       Establish working procedure in office.
4.       Train staff to implement tasks follows procedure.
5.       Supervise office staff, evaluate staff performance.
6.       Take responsibility for smooth running of office.
7.       Control correspondences, filing of soft copies and hard copies.
8.       Take responsibility for Training all Administrative staff.
9.   Overview and check all communications with clients, forward to Director the important incoming correspondence.
