Operation Executive

Operation part:

• Check all necessary booking information from suppliers.

• Prepare weekly space forecast to Pricing team after receiving customer’s confirmation.

• Place booking with carrier/co-loader as per Pricing team’s space allocation plan.

• Make sure everything is correct after receiving SO from carrier, and release it to suppliers...

• Bachelor's Degree or above

• Approx. 3 years working experience with familiar position

• Good knowledge of freight forwarding operations and process across ocean freight

• Fluent in English including both speaking and writing

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good team player
