Deployment of Operational Excellence / Lean / TPM

• Lead and coordinate the deployment of relevant Foundation & Advanced Operational Excellence / Lean / TPM in line with agreed plans, ensuring consistent and sustainable application across shopfloor operations

• Develop and maintain standards, training procedures, support systems, manuals, and documentation related to relevant Foundation & Advanced Operational Excellence / Lean / TPM

• Facilitate and support workshops, Kaizen Events, training sessions, and internal/external benchmarking activities to share best practices and deliver targeted results in Operational Excellence / Lean / TPM.

Performance Management & Analytics & Continuous Improvement

• Lead and continuously improve workplace management practices, including 5S, process mapping, and visual standards

• Lead daily operational reviews and Gemba Walks to drive performance tracking, effective problem-solving, disciplined follow-up, and embed a strong Gemba Walk culture aligned with leadership principles across the brewery.

• Support Standard & Process compliance (COM) and coordinates annual self-assessments & on-time completion of identified gaps

• Support annual strategy deployment and KPI/KAI cascading (Hoshin Kanri); share, align, and translate business strategies and functional goals into engaging, focused priorities and activities.

• Support, and in specific cases own, the delivery of business objectives (e.g. loss cost tree analysis, loss eradication, and savings delivery) through Focused Improvement cycles.

• Train and coach teams on structured problem-solving methodologies to close performance gaps and address operational issues

• Actively promote and drive a continuous improvement culture by encouraging employee engagement and ownership of improvement initiatives.

• Develop and maintain ISC performance tracking mechanisms and business analytics.

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

• Generate actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision making.

• Drive standardization of KPIs, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.

Operational Exellence Capability Development

• Develop, customize & deliver relevant Foundation & Advanced Operational Excellence / Lean / TPM program/tools properly & effectively

• Ensure effective capability development across the supply chain by assessing current maturity, identifying skill gaps, and implementing development plans aligned with business priorities and Excellence tools

• Partner closely with sub-functional leads if required to ensure ownership, relevance, & effective execution of the capability development roadmap regarding Operational Excellence / Lean / TPM

• Act as a coach during the deployment of relevant Foundation & Advanced Operational Excellence / Lean / TPM, ensuring high-quality application and sustainable behavior change

• Ensure the practice of a Gemba Walk culture, aligned with relevant leadership principles, across the brewery and drive continuous improvement through development plans.

• Design & develop Recognition initiatives to acknowledge improvement contributions and reinforce desired behaviors.

Functional Specific Management System

• Be a Subject Master Expert in Focused Improvement methodology: loss intelligence, loss eradication & loss prevention

• Lead the Gemba Kaizen Campaign in the brewery

• Manage platform of Standard & Process compliance (Sprint, Auditboard), users and schedule of self-assessment

• Coordinate and implement visual communication (board, visual marking, visual standard…) and ensure quality

• Visit other factories for calibrating and capturing best practices if required

• Other functional assigned tasks if required

ISC Digitalization & Data Automation

• Drive digital transformation initiatives across ISC functions.

• Develop and maintain automated dashboards, KPI reporting, and management performance tools using Power BI, Power Automate, AI solutions, and other digital platforms.

• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting, data collection, and business processes.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across ISC performance reporting.

• Promote data-driven decision-making practices throughout the organization.

Innovation & Capability Building

• Scout and evaluate new technologies, digital solutions, AI applications, and automation opportunities relevant to ISC.

• Drive adoption of digital tools and best practices within ISC teams.

• Build organizational awareness and capability in digitalization and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Support the long-term ISC transformation agenda and roadmap.

Education and Experience:

• University degree with major in Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain operations, with proven hands-on experience managing Operational Excellence / Lean / TPM programs in FMCG or manufacturing environments (e.g. processing, filling, or packing).

Language & computer skills:

• Fluent in local language (spoken and written)

• Good at communication in English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Data analysis, preferred knowledge in ERP
