OOH/LED/LCD Sales Specialist

• Proactively hunt and close new B2B sales opportunities across OOH media channels including billboards, LED, LCD, and other related formats
• Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding individual sales targets
• Expand and maintain a strong client database to support long-term business growth
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Develop and present tailored media proposals and sales pitches to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets and pricing guidelines
• Handle all sales-related paperwork including contracts, proposals, booking orders, and post-campaign reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client servicing
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
• Report sales performance and pipeline updates directly to the General Director

• Age: 27 years or above
• 5+ years of experience in B2B media sales, with a proven track record in OOH channels including billboards, LED, LCD, and other related formats
• Existing client network is a strong advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with measurable, target-driven results
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Experience working with both local Vietnamese companies and foreign/international clients
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
