Ocean Freight Customer Service

• Handling Export/Import documentations: make booking, issue MBL, HBL, send pre-alert, debit/ receive pre-alert, issue A.N, D/O,...

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and overseas agent correspondence and offering solutions.

• Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company’s requirements and customer’s standard operating procedure.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, enabling customers to enjoy the full benefits of our comprehensive range of products and services

• Provide comprehensive and professional services to customers, working to acquire, retain and develop relationships.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University Bachelor’s degree relevant fields as customs, logistic & supply chain, economics,…

• 0–1 year of experience in import/export or logistics. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Hands-on PC operations including MS office.

• Responsible, pro-active and attention to details.

• Be a good team worker and able to work under pressure.
