• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in NPI, NPD, IE, Quality Engineer or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in bag, garments, footwear, baby products, soft goods manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in sample development, pilot production, and ramp-up.
Knowledge & skill
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
