• Manage NPI processes, including prototype/FAI products and pre-production builds in electrical box build, welding, and thermocouple fields.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, work instructions, process flows, tooling, fixtures, test forms, and production layouts for NPI.
• Review product designs and provide DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly) feedback to functional departments or THX stakeholders.
• Prepare and provide NPI status updates to project stakeholders and coordinate NPI activities from prototype through pilot builds and mass production.
• Support the creation of fixtures/test equipment to ensure products meet customer drawings.
• Report to the Assembly Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor of Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience as an engineer in Industrial, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Have experience in NPI processes, including prototype/FAI products and pre-production builds, especially in electrical box build, welding, thermocouples, etc.
• Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Mechanical AutoCAD/Inventor/MS Office.
