NPI Engineer - Kỹ Sư Triển Khai Sản Phẩm Mới

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective and timely transfer of new products from R&D to production, meeting technical standards.
• Plan and manage new product introduction processes.
• Establish and optimize production processes for new products.
• Create flowcharts, balance production lines, and coordinate with Process Engineering (PE) to verify work instructions.
• Support supplier evaluation and selection for new components.
• Conduct product testing, manufacturability assessment, and process improvement.
• Train and support production teams during product transfer.
• Utilize necessary software tools (i.e SOLIDWORK, ONSHAPE, OFFICE and AutoCAD) in design development and documentation.
• Monitor and report new product implementation progress.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and company quality requirements. 
• Equivalent Education Level RequiredBachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, or related fields) Minimum 1-2 years of experience in new product introduction or technical project management.
• Experience working with production, QA, PMC, PE and R&D departments.
  Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and technical standards.
• Has experience liaising with Vendor.
• Writing Report/Procedure in English & fluency in English
