Nhân Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu

- Handle import shipments by sea, air, and truck for one dedicated customer.

- Coordinate with overseas agents regarding import bookings and shipment documentation for all inbound shipments.

- Prepare and send pre-alert documents to customers for import shipments.

- Coordinate with agents, customers, and vendors regarding debit notes and related matters.

- Check customs declaration files (CD) for all types of shipments, including sea, air, truck, re-import, re-export, and local shipments.

- Arrange delivery plans and coordinate transportation for customers.

- Support customers with other operational issues.

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in import/export or logistics operations is preferred.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

- Basic English communication and documentation skills.
