RFQ & Supplier Sourcing

• Review technical drawings and customer RFQ packages.

• Source and evaluate potential suppliers.

• Analyze and compare supplier quotations.

• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.

Project Management

• Coordinate new projects from RFQ to mass production.

• Monitor production schedules and delivery status.

• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

• Support production, assembly, packaging, and shipment.

Supplier Management

• Prepare supplier audits.

• Monitor supplier performance.

• Resolve production and quality issues.

Communication & Reporting

• Communicate with overseas offices in English.

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports.

• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Male or female, college degree or higher.

• Any Project Management experience is preferred, with technical knowledge of purchasing, production, and international trading business.

• Language: Proficient English communication is required.

Work Location:

• Centa city, VSIP, Tu Son, Bac Ninh Province
