• E-commerce UI/UX Design:

  Design high-converting Web/App interfaces (CRO-focused), including Hero Sections, Call-to-Action (CTA) systems, Pop-ups, and Trust Signals (Reviews, Ratings).

  Optimize layouts for mobile responsiveness and leverage Negative Space to enhance product visual hierarchy.

• Marketing Graphics & Branding:

  Develop consistent Key Visuals (KV) for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including Banner Ads, Social Media, and Email Marketing.

  Maintain and evolve a cohesive brand identity across all Shopquantum digital platforms.

• POD Product Design & Mockup Creation:

  Create creative graphic designs for Print-on-Demand (POD) products and premium supplement packaging/labeling based on market trends.

  Produce professional, high-fidelity Mockups to transform 2D designs into realistic product visuals for sales listings.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in E-commerce, Print-on-Demand (POD), or Creative Agency environments.
• UI/UX Skills: Proficient in Figma (preferred) or Adobe XD; strong grasp of User Flows and online consumer psychology.
• Graphic Mastery: Expert in Photoshop & Illustrator, specifically in high-end product retouching and professional POD mockup creation.
• Design Philosophy: Modern, clean, and minimalist aesthetic.
• Marketing Mindset: Ability to balance visual beauty with high-conversion "sales-driven" design.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of print specifications (CMYK/RGB), resolution standards, and POD production techniques.
