• Sourcing and corresponds with suppliers for quotations and comparing on price.
• Issue order over sea and local  ( Fabric and Accessories ).
• Follow up PI/delivery date /shipment status.
• Receive analyze PR and updating PR to PUR report.
• Prepare all relating documents (PO, Contract…).
• Follow up with suppliers & depts. To deliver goods.
• Arrange Payment  (over sea and local ).
• Claim quality to supplier (defect quality ).
• Follow up replacement, shipping docs to shipping team and left over from warehouse.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Economics, English, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Proficient in office software.
• Proactive, responsible, with strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• No prior experience in Merchandise is required.
