Nhân Viên Phòng Thí Nghiệm (Laboratory Staff)

1. Data collection and management

• Gather test results from operators, enter data into systems, and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Verify and cross-check data to detect any inconsistencies or missing information.

2. Reporting and analysis

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports; highlight trends or issues for management review.

3. Testing schedule coordination

• Organize and prioritize testing requests, ensuring timely completion without backlog.
• Monitor progress to ensure all scheduled tests are completed on time without creating a backlog.

4. Documentation control

• Maintain up-to-date testing standards, procedures, and calibration records; ensure easy access for auditors and internal use.
• Ensure proper labeling, filing, and accessibility of documents for auditors and internal staff.
• Regularly review and update documentation to comply with company policies and industry standards.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Graduated from College/University with a major in Chemistry, Biology, or related fields.
• Years of Work Experience: 1 year in quality control, data management, or technical administration. (preferred)
• Knowledge of laboratory testing methods and procedures.
• Ability to use basic laboratory equipment (balances, pH meters, centrifuges, etc.).
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and standards.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel).
• Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible at work.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
