Nhân Viên Phòng Cải Tiến/ CID Engineer (Chinese/ English)

1. Process Analysis & Problem Solving

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using structured problem-solving methodologies (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, etc.).

• Perform time studies, motion studies, workflow analysis, and line balancing.
Evaluate production layouts and recommend optimization opportunities.

2. Continuous Improvement Projects

• Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects.

• Develop and execute improvement plans to increase productivity, quality, delivery performance, and operational efficiency.

• Drive cost reduction, labor saving, and waste elimination initiatives.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress, risks, and implementation effectiveness.

3. Lean Manufacturing Implementation

• Promote Lean Manufacturing principles throughout the organization.

• Lead Kaizen activities and continuous improvement workshops.

• Apply Lean tools including: 5SKaizenValue Stream Mapping (VSM) Standard Work Visual Management Standardize successful improvement activities across production lines.

4. Data Analysis & Performance

• MonitoringCollect, analyze, and interpret production and operational data.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:Productivity, OEE, Yield, Labor Efficiency, Cycle Time, Lead Time, Scrap Rate, Cost Saving, Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project progress and improvement results.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to management.

5. Standardization & Sustainability

• Develop and update SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), Standard Work, and related documentation.

• Ensure improvement actions are effectively implemented and sustained.

• Conduct follow-up audits and effectiveness verification after project completion.

• Share best practices across departments.

6. Training & Coaching

• Train employees on Lean Manufacturing concepts, improvement methodologies, and problem-solving tools.

• Coach production teams in identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

7. Compliance & Best Practices

• Ensure all improvement activities comply with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards.

• Keep up to date with Lean Manufacturing methodologies, automation technologies, and continuous improvement best practices.

• Support factory digitalization and operational excellence initiatives when required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills in English (and/or Mandarin).

- Proficient in data analysis tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in project management.

- Familiarity with manufacturing processes or service delivery models.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
