- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, sourcing, selection, employer branding, and recruitment reporting.
- Administer labor contracts, employee records, and HR administrative procedures.
- Handle attendance management, leave, overtime, shift scheduling, and HR systems (FaceX, HRM).
- Manage payroll, employee benefits, bonuses, social insurance registration, and statutory insurance claims.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain compliance with Labor Law, Tax regulations, and HR-related legal requirements.
- Possess strong expertise in expatriate Personal Income Tax (Global PIT) and related compliance matters.
- Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce data, and propose process improvements to enhance HR operations.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- From 3-5 years of experience in HR operations within a manufacturing company of over 1,000 employees.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, attendance, C&B, social insurance, labor contracts, and labor law compliance.
- Good communication and reporting skills in English or Japanese.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management software (HRIS).
- Strong skills in data analysis and report preparation.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a track record of establishing processes and meeting deliverables within deadlines.
