• Handle daily import and export trucking and customs clearance operations, including planning, coordination and follow-up from cargo readiness / arrival through final delivery and empty container return.

• Receive customers' pickup and delivery plans and arrange suitable trucking suppliers, drivers and container schedules according to operational requirements.

• Coordinate container pickup and return, port / ICD appointments, loading and unloading, terminal cut-off times and other related operational matters.

• Prepare and check customs clearance documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Contract, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, permits and other documents as required.

• Coordinate with customs brokers for declaration and follow customs clearance status; support additional document requests, inspections or other customs-related issues when required.

• Maintain close communication with customers, trucking suppliers, customs brokers, shipping lines, ports / ICDs, warehouses / factories and internal departments.

• Provide timely shipment status updates to customers and proactively manage exceptions such as truck delays, waiting time, demurrage / detention risk, container issues, port congestion or document discrepancies.

• Check operational charges, verify supplier quotations and invoices, and coordinate with accounting for cost confirmation, debit notes and shipment closing.

• Update operational records and system data accurately and properly archive shipment files and supporting documents.

• Support other logistics operations and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

• College or University degrees in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Business or a related field is preferred.

Yêu cầu công việc

• College or University degrees in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Business or a related field is preferred.

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding, import/export trucking, customs clearance or related logistics operations.

• Good understanding of Vietnamese import/export procedures, container trucking processes and port / ICD operations.

• Experience working with customs brokers and/or familiarity with VNACCS / VCIS is an advantage.

• Existing relationships with reliable trucking, customs or logistics suppliers are an advantage.

• Strong coordination, problem-solving and follow-up skills; able to manage multiple shipments and deadlines at the same time.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive and willing to take ownership of assigned shipments.

• Vietnamese is required. Working communication in English or Chinese is an advantage.

• Good Microsoft Excel, Word and email communication skills.

• Comfortable working with international customers and collaborating with Chinese and Vietnamese colleagues.

- Điều kiện làm việc/ Working conditions:

+ Địa điểm làm việc: Số 12 Tôn Đản, phường Xóm Chiếu, thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.

Working station: No. 12 Ton Dan Street, Xom Chieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh city.

+ Thời gian làm việc/ Working Hours:

• Thứ Hai đến Thứ Sáu: 8:00 sáng –> 5:00 chiều

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM -> 5:00 PM

• Sáng Thứ Bảy: Làm việc tại nhà.

Saturday Morning: Work from home.

- Phúc lợi/ Welfare:

- Mức lương: Tổng thu nhập từ 14 triệu -> 20 triệu/ tháng, tùy theo trình độ của ứng viên.

Salary: Gross 14 Mil -> 20 Mil VND/ month, depends on qualification of candidate.

- Lương tháng 13; thưởng: 30/4, 2/9, cuối năm.

13th month salary; 30/4 bonus, 2/9 bonus, year-end bonus.

- Quà tặng sinh nhật; ngày lễ 8/3, 20/10 đối với nhân viên nữ.

The gift for birthday; gift for International Women's Day, gift for Vietnamese Women's Day for female employee.

- Đóng bảo hiểm đầy đủ theo lương thực tế (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN); Bảo hiểm workmen 24/7.

Paying full insurance fee based on actual salary (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance); 24/7 Workmen insurance.

- Phụ cấp: điện thoại, đi lại, cơm, chuyên cần.

Allowance: telephone, travel, lunch, hard work.

- Xét duyệt tăng lương định kỳ 1 năm ít nhất 1 lần.

Salary increases are reviewed at least once a year.
