Execute domestic and overseas procurement activities, including purchase order management and delivery tracking.
Liaise with suppliers and logistics service providers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality requirements.
Resolve issues related to purchasing, shipping, and logistics operations; proactively identify alternative suppliers when needed.
Develop purchasing plans based on production demand and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure material availability.
Prepare and coordinate import/export documentation and support customs clearance processes.
Carry out other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Import–Export, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international procurement or purchasing.
Experience in procurement, import–export operations, or production planning is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
APICS certification is preferred and considered an advantage.
