Nhân Viên Kế Toán - Senior Accountant

Supervise procedures related to document retention, bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, payment terms, fixed asset, financial report review.
Take full responsibility for tax declarations and finalizations, including: value-added tax (VAT) returns, personal income tax (PIT) returns, withholding tax (FCT) , corporate income tax (CIT) finalization, and PIT finalization.
Ultimately responsible for the preparation of financial reports, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Notes to the Financial Statements.
Report any unusual situations, irregular income and expenses to upper management.
Collect and consolidate accounting data to prepare internal monthly business performance reports.
Record all accounting transactions and documentation into the company accounting software.
Prepare periodic tax and internal financial reports monthly, and quarterly basis, as well as ad-hoc reports as required by the Chief Accountant and company leadership.
Prepare accounting vouchers/documents, ensure their legality, validity, clarity, and accuracy, and circulate them in accordance with the company's established procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Auditing
Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Accountant
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work under high pressure
Experience in Logistics industry is an advantage
Good in English.
