Nhân Viên Junior Game 3D Artist (Game Live-Ops)

- Thiết kế asset art cho game và quản lý chất lượng visual tổng thể của game
- Tham gia vào quá trình ideation game và art planning để chủ động xây dựng art concept
- Phối hợp với nhiều bộ phận khác nhau để thống nhất phương hướng sản xuất và cải thiện hiệu suất làm việc
- Create game art resources and manage the overall visual quality of the game
- Participate in game ideation and art planning processes to proactively establish art concepts
- Collaborate with various departments to organize production direction and improve workflow efficiency.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên trong công việc liên quan.
- Thành thạo thiết kế 3D low poly.
- Có khả năng thực hiện tổng thể các hạng mục art trong game như diễn xuất/game direction, animation, effect, UI,...
- Có khả năng linh hoạt thích ứng với nhiều thể loại game và nhiều dạng công việc khác nhau.

- 3D tools, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Unity3D
- Có hiểu biết tốt về lĩnh vực liên quan
- Có khả năng xử lý nhiều art style khác nhau như casual, realistic, hand-painted theo phong cách low-poly Có thể sử dụng Blender, Unity engine và AI tools
- Có cảm quan tốt về direction và khả năng animation
- Có thể tự triển khai modeling dựa trên ý tưởng cá nhân
- Có kinh nghiệm tham gia toàn bộ quá trình từ art concept design đến live release hoặc hiểu biết tốt về pipeline phát triển tổng thể
- Có khả năng thiết kế UI game đơn giản
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in low-poly 3D design.
- Able to handle various art aspects of a game, including game direction, animation, effects, UI, etc.
- Flexible and adaptable to different game genres and various types of tasks.

- Able to handle various art styles such as casual, realistic, and hand-painted styles in low-poly format
- Able to use Blender, Unity engine, and AI tools
- Strong sense of visual direction and animation skills
- Able to create modeling work based on personal ideas
- Experience participating in the entire process from art concept design to live release, or strong understanding of the overall development pipeline
- Able to create simple game UI
