Nhân Viên Dự Toán - Estimator

• Review documents and create document registers for projects.
• Prepare and rate project estimates, submissions and generate bill of quantities (BOQ).
• Issue relevant documentation and other bid information to subcontractors (trade package).
• Follow up with subcontractors for pricing/quotes.
• Accurately record and document pricing information.
• Project Brief – work with the Estimating/Sales team and client to complete project brief.
• Complete project brief including full scope and finishes schedule.
• Create construction budget.
• Oversee document control and estimating electronic filing of projects in preparation for handover to Project Management team.
• Take meeting minutes of internal department, client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings.

• Relevant qualifications or skills in building and construction industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the building process.
• At least 1 year experience in commercial construction estimating.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities.
• Ability to read, interpret documentation and construction drawings.
• Ambition to succeed in the construction industry.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and ability to learn industry specific software.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
