Job description:
- Lead quality management for new product introduction (NPI) and mass production
- Serve as the primary window of communication with customers regarding quality topics.
- Receive, consolidate, and respond to customer inquiries and requirements related to project quality.
- Prepare, review, and present Quality Readiness status at key project milestones
- Ensure all quality requirements are met before proceeding to the next project phase.
- Monitor and track quality performance indicators (e.g. defect rate, yield, FACA status).
- Coordinate internal quality reviews for OK2Send prior to shipment.
- Assess quality risks, consolidate status, and obtain customer approval when required.
- Lead or participate in regular customer meetings or quality issue meeting
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and minutes of meeting (MoM).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect data and drive quality actions
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering
(Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or related field)
- Strong understanding of: Quality tools (SPC, FMEA, Control Plan), Problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone)
- Strong project management skills (timeline, risk, stakeholder management)
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Fluent in English 4ppls
- Fluent in English 1ppl
- Skills in creating reports using PowerPoint and presentation.
