Call Handling: Manage both inbound and outbound calls efficiently to address customer inquiries and needs.

Education: College graduate or higher.
Language: Basic English communication skills are a plus.
Shift Availability: * Willing to work night shifts (aligned with the U.S. time zone).Able to work overtime (OT) during peak seasons.
