1. Make ASEAN Business strategy

• PEST analysis, 3C analysis
• To understand clearly our company strength and weakness
• Decide Mid-term business direction

2. Monitoring management situation of Asia each factory

• Analysis PL, BS, CF
• Visualize what is issue of current management action
• Make action plan to improve business

3. Assistance with analysis and report

• Analyze financial statement every month and make a report
• Prepare report to Japan headquarter, Asian headquarter and other directors
• Simulate financial statement considering market situation and our strategy

4. Assistance with market analysis

• Use Gfk dashboard and summarize price transition
• Make profit table, report analysis and countermeasure to BoD
• Analyze P/L stepping chart and make countermeasure

5. Market survey (Domestic and Export market)

• Business trip (Vietnam and other countries) and catch up the market trends

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Management, or related fields;
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Planning, Corporate Planning, Financial Analysis, Business Analysis
• Good English skills
• Basic understanding of financial statements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP and other formula), PowerPoint (presentation or report) and Power BI (visualize data from Excel files in Power BI report)
• Good presentation and communication skills.
