Nhân Viên An Toàn - Sức Khỏe - Môi Trường/ EHS (Junior/fresher)

• In charge of safety risk assessment & control the equipment under the legal verification

• Follow the EHS rules and the inspection of relative bureau

• Analysis of HSE impacts

• Improve HSE conditions

• Ensure law compliance of plant and for external service suppliers

• Maintain the standard as per applicable certification and law

• Identification and elimination of Unsafe Act (UA), Unsafe Conditions (UC) and Near Misses (NM) in the plant, incident investigation, make sure all the corrective, preventive actions done effectively

• Improve health and safety guidance, procedure, safety board, safety signature

• Implement other allowable tasks assigned by Manager/Leader

• Comply with the company's regulations, and regulations on fire prevention, occupational safety and health

• Manage task relate to ISO 14001:2015 và ISO 45001:2018

Yêu cầu công việc

• More than 2 years’ experience in the same position in the manufacturing & multi-national companies

• Candidates with less than 2 years of experience are welcome, provided good English communication skills are demonstrated

• Basic analytical skills (5W1H; 5 WHY; Pareto; Heinrich Pyramid ...)
