You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + technical skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.

How you create impact

You will lead information systems (IS) expertise across projects + operations in conjunction with regional network direction via both direct + indirect reports.

You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

- To ensure that only those approved IS applications such as our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) + Transport Management Systems (TMS), along with visibility + reports are deployed.

- To coordinate the IS input for all request for tender/proposal + ensure a smooth IS Implementation during the customer on-boarding phase.

- To ensure that IS applications’ support is always in place for existing operations.

- To develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT hardware, negotiate contracts and framework agreements.

- To collaborate and align with our global procurement team on IT procurement.

- To support continuous improvement activities + innovation.

- To ensure IS governance + compliance is in place + adhered to.

- To ensure that team members are upskilled by ensuring appropriate training activities are in place.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in IS/IT, preferably in logistics, supply chain, warehousing.

- Proficiency in English is a must.

- Strong technical and software knowledge, with experience in WMS, TMS, system implementation and business applications.

- Proven experience in IT procurement, vendor management, contract negotiation.

- Good understanding of IT governance, compliance and global standards.

- Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with excellent communication skills.

- Tech-savvy and fast-learning, with a strong mindset for continuous improvement and innovation.

- Willingness to travel based on business requirements.
