Modern Trade Executive (MT) – Bình Định

Location: Binh Dinh

Job Summary

Drive volume, revenue, and market share growth across the assigned Modern Trade (MT) channel in Binh Dinh. Ensure operational excellence, strict KPI compliance, efficient program execution, and alignment with SPVB performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Account Management

- Drive volume, revenue, and share growth across assigned accounts and territories.

- Negotiate, execute, and monitor CDAs, account plans, and promotional budgets.

- Build strong wiring/relationships with key decision-makers.

- Gather market, customer, and shopper insights to propose effective trade strategies.

2. Execution Excellence & Team Leadership

- Ensure in-store execution meets standards (merchandising, pricing, equipment, and promo calendar).

- Lead, coach, and deploy the Blue Force team to achieve business targets and KPIs.

- Maintain an active field presence to audit execution and resolve operational issues.

3. Regional MT Representation

- Act as the key regional contact to consult and solve problems for key accounts.

- Cascade account promotions to the field force and consolidate regional feedback for cross-functional teams.

- Support debt tracking and manage overdue accounts.

4. Business Development

- Identify, evaluate, and acquire new business opportunities (new accounts/outlets).

- Coordinate across teams to expand distribution and market coverage.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

- Experience: Proven MT store execution and field force management. FMCG & Account Management experience preferred.

- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship building. Fluent English & competent MS Office.

- Mindset: High ownership and strong collaboration.
