Middle Python Developer (MongoDB, English)

We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team, supporting the implementation and configuration of one of the most advanced low-code platforms in Europe, purpose-built for the insurance and financial sectors.

As a key member of our delivery team, you will:

• Collaborate directly with international clients to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into application logic.

• Use Python (including Jinja2 templating) and MongoDB to script and configure application behaviour within our low-code platform.

• Test API behaviour and platform logic using Postman.

• Track tasks, manage sprints, and collaborate using Jira.

• Prepare documentation, templates, and configuration files with MS Word and Excel.

• Participate in deployment cycles, data setup, performance optimisation, and production support.

• Strong proficiency in Python (Jinja2 templating experience is a plus).

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including querying and data modelling.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS.

• Basic working knowledge of Postman, Jira, and MS Office tools (Word & Excel).

• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms is a plus (training provided).

• 3 years of experience in application configuration, scripting, or system deployment.

• Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Fluent in English (both verbal and written).

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client-facing communication skills.

• Able to work independently as well as within a collaborative, multicultural team.

• Prior experience with international clients is a significant advantage.

• Good-to-have: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
