Merchandising Officer (Purchasing Team)

· Proceed Purchase order in Raw material (fabric, sewing trims, packing trims) based on Inquiry, Inventory and
· Delivery date.
· Work closely with Supplier for PO# status, delivery, shipment, claim if any.
· Follow up defect/replacement fabric & sewing trims if any.
· Update material status on system and to related dept.
· Follow up and submit payment to Supplier.
·JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Garment Materials – T&A plan
· Fluently English/ Chinese
· Office skills, expert on Excel
