Present Monthly Plan to Store managers, Store management
2.Supplier Management
Searching for New Supplier and analyzing new suppliers (Manufacturer & Vendor)
Sourcing factory and Suppliers
Negotiation; Item Select, Promotion, BSC Condition
Sharing Negotiations result; Reporting, Summarize, Meeting
Prepare Report for 'Product Meeting'
Communicate with supplier to guarantee smooth operation and invoice checking
3.Sales and Operation
Plan for seasonal promotion and event
Floor planning for planogram
Maintain Assortment and Replacement
Store visting and Checking the Display Situation
Running Sales Promotion / Event
Running Renovation / New Store (Supplier Arrange, Coordination of Deps...)
4.Product Development
Propose idea for product development
5.Compliance
Keep Transparent and Trustful Transaction
Check official requirement for sales (License, copy right)
Check Branding Effect of each Product
Document Control (check supplier's document also)
From College and above
Have knowledge in Product Development is a plus.
Purchasing experience in Retail companies, deep knowledge about Non-food categories, newest labor market situation.
3+ years of experience a similar role in Retail industry (Non-Food)
