Job Description

• Coordinate with factories and suppliers across ASEAN to support product development, quotations, orders, production schedules, and delivery.

• Follow up with factories to ensure product quality, timelines, and order requirements are met.

• Support customer service and sales teams in handling customer requests, product information, quotations, and order-related matters.

• Coordinate between customers, sales teams, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.

• Prepare and manage orders, product documents, reports, quotations, and other business administration tasks.

• Monitor order status and proactively follow up on any issues related to production, quality, or delivery.

• Support product sourcing and development activities when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Experience in Merchandising, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Business Administration, or related roles.

• Experience in the Furniture Trading / Furniture industry is highly preferred.

• Good English communication skills are mandatory.

• Good to fluent Chinese communication skills are a strong advantage, especially for working directly with factories in China.

• Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
