Conduct feasibility evaluation with internal teams.
Prepare project timeline and follow up progress.
Sample Development Coordination
Coordinate development sample preparation.
Follow up material development status.
Support machine and tooling preparation.
Collect feedback and ensure revisions are completed.
PP Sample Preparation & Approval
Prepare PP sample submission.
Coordinate PP sample production with related teams.
Submit samples for approval and follow up final approval status.
Support product picture preparation for sales usage if required.
Material Consumption & Sourcing Coordination
Support BOM and material consumption calculation.
Confirm product specifications with related departments.
Coordinate sourcing activities with purchasing team.
Track material ETA to ensure production readiness.
Technical Preparation Support
Support preparation and update of SOP.
Support SMV verification.
Coordinate machine requirement confirmation.
Production Preparation Coordination
Check material readiness before production launch.
Coordinate with PMC for production planning.
Support line allocation and capacity balancing.
Pilot Run Follow-up
Support pilot run implementation.
Collect pilot run data and feedback.
Coordinate issue analysis and corrective actions.
Support updating SOP and BOM if required.
Confirm pilot approval readiness.
Mass Production Follow-up
Monitor mass production progress.
Track production output vs. plan.
Support production line balancing if needed.
Shipment Coordination
Prepare shipment plan with related teams.
Coordinate packing and shipment arrangement.
Confirm delivery schedule with stakeholders.
1-3 years working experience as Merchandiser in trading or textile industry.
Fluent English ( listening , speaking, reading, writing) ;
Proficient in Excel ,careful, responsible, able to work under pressure.
Familiar with Vietnam factory workflow.
