Merchandiser

Work directly with Customers to receive new orders and styles (Techpack, Measurement) to develop new samples.
Make Fabric & trim card list and place material orders.
Work with supplier to ask the sample material and sample room to develop sample and submit sample to buyer for approval on time.
Communicate with customers to check workmanship, tolerances, and other sample details.
Prepare BOM, calculate FOB prices and profit margins for each style.
Get customer approval on fabric, trims, sewing, printing, embroidery, pattern, testing before bulk production.
Share testing results and discuss alternative techniques (bonding, snaps, interlining).
Follow up sample orders, adjust delivery schedule if materials are late and prepare style details for bulk production.
Prepare samples and documents for meetings.
Give suggestions to reduce cost and keep competitive prices.
Based on order development strategy, support manager in searching and planning order development plan yearly.
Make reports of arising issues during sample development progress.
Graduated from majors: Garment Technology, English Language, Economics, Business Administration or related majors.
Have from 1 year experience as a Merchandiser in Garment field.
Able to use
English well.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Be required to work with industry standard computer packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Able to work under high pressure, team work Spirit, willing to learn.
