MEP Assistant Superintendent

B.L HARBERT INTERNATIONAL LLC (Main contractor for designing and construction of New U. S Embassy Campus in Hanoi) is hiring:

• Manage and oversee the installation of MEP systems on construction sites.

• Coordinate with superintendent and site workers.

• Coordinate with architects and project managers to integrate MEP systems with building designs.

• Ensure all work is performed according to design specifications and safety regulations.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.

• Resolve any technical issues that arise during the installation process.

• Perform quality assurance checks on MEP components at construction sites.

• Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets.

• Collaborate with other engineers and superintendents to ensure the smooth execution of the project.

• Other tasks assigned by superintendent

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.

• Proven experience as an MEP Site Engineer or similar role.

• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• English: can communicate at work
