Medical Representative (02 HN, 01 HCM)

Key Responsibilities

· Introduce and provide accurate scientific/product information to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and relevant medical staff.

· Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and medical institutions within the assigned territory.

· Implement territory action plans to ensure effective product information coverage and brand presence among target customers.

· Achieve assigned activity objectives, including customer coverage, visit quality, territory development, and product communication effectiveness.

· Organize and support product-related activities such as product presentations, scientific meetings, training sessions, and customer engagement programs.

· Collect market insights, customer feedback, and competitor updates, and report them to the line manager in a timely and professional manner.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of marketing and medical communication activities.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, therapeutic areas, market trends, and relevant healthcare regulations.

· Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, and applicable regulations.

Candidate Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is required.

· Around 3 years of working experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company is a strong advantage.

· Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market, healthcare professional engagement, and ethical product communication.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

· Proactive, responsible, well-organized, and able to work independently in the assigned territory.

· Willing to travel within the assigned area and participate in company activities when required.
