Media Ads Optimizer (Focus TikTok Ads)

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels (especially TikTok ads).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize and improve ROAS
• Develop campaign strategies by conducting market research, platform competitiveness & insights, and audience segmentation.
• Manage budget allocations and bid strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Utilize A/B testing to optimize targeting audience, creatives, and landing pages for maximum performance.
• Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Constantly update media knowledge & innovative solutions from media platform to internal team & external stakeholders.

• Level: Junior.
• Detail-oriented, organized & capable of handling workload through timely response.
• Knows well about analytics & real-time insights (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Trends, TikTok Livestream Analytics, etc.).
• Strong in using data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.).
• Proven presentation & communication skills with fluency in English (Spoken & written).
• Hungry to learn & curious.
