Mechanical Engineer

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Oversee all mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring preventive maintenance is completed and leading the rapid resolution of machinery breakdowns on the shop floor.

• Team Supervision: Lead, supervise, and mentor the mechanical maintenance team to ensure efficient daily operations.

• Spare Parts Management: Closely follow spare parts consumption, manage inventory, and place timely orders for replacement parts.

• Production Support: Collaborate with the production team to maximize machine efficiency, reduce downtime, and maintain strict fabric quality standards

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma majoring in Mechanical Engineering or similar jobs

• Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in textile/weaving machinery maintenance is preferred. Highly motivated Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.

• Language: Fluency in English is a must (both written and spoken) for direct reporting and communication with our Expat Weaving Manager.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and leadership capabilities to manage a technical team.
