• Being responsible for planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Active input in brainstorms for new promotions and strategies
• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies for multiple brands
• Planning posts on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube)
• Managing and analyzing campaigns on social media
• Writing and proofreading creative copy
• Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives and optimize

• Setting up and managing Email flows and automation
• Coordinating and planning of newsletters
• Work with KPIs, monitor budgets and allocate funds wisely

• Being able to individually lead the marketing division while maintaining good teamwork skills with the other departments
• Experience with advertising and digital marketing
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

• Salary: 25-30M based on experience plus 13th month salary.
