Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Insights

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop and execute IMC strategies for B2C & B2B.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

2. B2C Communication (Brand Awareness & Engagement)

- Lead campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Email, Blog, Events.
- Manage creative content production.

3. B2B Communication & Sales Support

- Build brand authority through PR and thought leadership.
- Develop sales kits and partnership programs.

4. Team Leadership & Management

- Lead and manage a team of 5 members.
- Optimize budget and ROI.
- Collaborate with global teams.

5. Crisis Management

- Act as primary contact for PR risks and manage crisis response.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2 years in leadership.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Beauty and Real Estate industries.

Skills:

- Strategic thinking with data-driven mindset.
- Strong writing (Vietnamese & English).
- Experience in multi-channel campaigns.
- Leadership and stakeholder management.
