Marketing Manager

Responsible for managing and developing Preny.ai’s overall Marketing operations, from strategy development to execution and day-to-day management, with the goal of building the brand, acquiring customers, and achieving the company’s business objectives.

● Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive Marketing strategies and plans; identify target markets and customers, positioning, key messaging, KPIs, and budgets.

● Brand & Communications: Build and develop the brand; execute communication, PR, Social Media, Event, and brand awareness campaigns.

● Digital & Performance Marketing: Manage Digital Marketing channels including Website, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, and paid advertising; implement and optimize activities to generate Leads, improve Conversion rates, and drive revenue.

● Content Marketing: Develop content strategies and manage content across Website, Social Media, Blog, Video, Landing Pages, and other relevant platforms.

● Product Marketing: Conduct market, customer, and competitor research; develop product positioning, USPs, key messaging, and Marketing plans for new products and features.

● CRM & Customer Marketing: Develop customer engagement, nurturing, and retention activities; optimize the Customer Journey, Retention, and Customer Lifetime Value.

● Partnership & Growth: Develop KOL/KOC, Influencer, Partnership, Affiliate, Community, and other new growth channels.

● Management & Optimization: Manage Marketing budgets, team members, agencies, and external partners; establish KPIs, monitor data, prepare performance reports, and continuously optimize Marketing effectiveness.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related Marketing major (mandatory).

● At least 2 years of experience in a Marketing Manager position.

● Strong ability to oversee, manage, and execute Marketing activities comprehensively, rather than specializing in only one area; with strategic thinking, strong operational capabilities, and the ability to take ownership of overall Marketing performance.

● The CV must clearly demonstrate achievements and measurable results from previous roles rather than simply listing responsibilities or tasks performed. Candidates are expected to provide specific metrics such as revenue growth, Lead volume and quality, Conversion rate, CAC/CPL/CPA, ROAS/ROI, traffic growth, customer growth, brand awareness, or other notable results from campaigns they have implemented.

Salary & Benefits

● Salary: VND 30 million/month (Gross) or negotiable based on interview performance and experience.

Working hours & Location

● Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM.
